Ship Wire provides a monitoring and notification service for GitHub repositories. We aggregate events, generate summaries, and dispatch notifications based on your configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via GitHub to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ship Wire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship Wire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
